I was allowed full creative control, from creating the branding assets, social media, creating the logo and the page for conversions.
A startup found a foothold in the health market, and needed to move fast to offer their services to customers that needed medical billing.
The website would be part of a marketing funnel, that would inform clients of the services and experience the company can offer to medical practice owners.
Create the full user experience from social media(top of the funnel) all the way to scheduling a meeting with the company, so that the company can create leads for its services.
After doing a thorough business analysis of the industry the company would operate in, I was able to see the trends that affect it and the competitors on a macrolevel.
The stakeholders were interviewed over the phone, providing an idea of what their business is, who their users are, what are some opportunities they have identified in the market, and stories of what is happening in their industry.

A lot of secondary research was performed, and an unvalidated user persona was created. During that time, the company was signing a contract with their first client. The user was able to verify and add to the persona that had been created. Notably because the client had contracted another company to perform some of the services asked for; but the experience was so bad that the contract for that was terminated; because of that they had turned to Excelar.

Using the collected information and the JTBD framework as described by Clayton Christensen, I was able to understand what is usually happening before a client decides to even begin to search for a provider. What the content they see must provide them ( a measure of trust) and what they are trying to achieve down the road, the light at the end of the tunnel (grow the practice).
In order to get a complete picture, what information if it were true would invalidate our data?
These were additional points added to the affinity map, to begin coming up with a neat solution that takes care of all these angles.

Doctors do not have trusted sources of information about billing
We believe that enhancing transparency and information
Will increase doctor inquiries about Excelar's services.

Mobile first approach to sketching out the components, because the limitations of display size and functionality can be addressed here early on. It can be a hassle to start desktop first and then try to make a design mobile; so I am avoided wasteful rework.

I am developing the website , working on a different UI, so this is a work in process.
